July 3, 2023, Integrated Design & Engineering Holdings Co., Ltd. was established, and we are starting fresh as the ID&E Group.

The concept behind our long-term management strategy, Global Strategy 2030, is "Working together toward a future without boundaries." Our goal is to overwhelmingly secure our position as the No. 1 consulting and engineering company in Japan and one of the best in the world. We chose the holdings structure as one step toward realizing our long-term management strategy and ensuring our future growth.

The "Consulting Business," "Urban & Spatial Development Business," and "Energy Business," which were previously the business divisions of Nippon Koei, will become independent as separate corporate organizations. In order to strengthen our business competitiveness while responding to changes in the external environment, we will create an organizational culture that respects the diversity within the group by allowing each of the larger group organizations to take advantage of their individual characteristics and aim to create a system that allows them to operate independently (autonomously). Under this system, we will strive for independence and collaboration, speedy decision-making, and coexistence of diversity.

The Group's management philosophy, "Act with integrity and contribute to society through technology and engineering."
We will continue to place importance on this philosophy as we deepen the management of our group from a medium- to long-term perspective and aim for solid growth in the future.
